As an additional service we offer Remote Support.
One of the support members connects to your PC via internet and will be able - with your permission - to view your desktop and demonstrate with an additional mouse pointer what to do and where to click.
Furthermore it will be possible for our support member - after another permission from you - to inspect system settings on your PC or even install drivers or software packages.
To make this happen you‘d need to download and run a small tool available here.
